Happy and grateful for showing my work!

13 May 2017 was a very special day for me! The day that my exhibition officially opened (as previously announced here). 70-80 visitors attended the afternoon party and I’m delighted to have seen so many friendly faces there. Thank you also for the lovely feedback!

I’m pleased to share below the photos of the 10 paintings which are currently on display at GALERÍEKA, of which 6 are brand new paintings that I painted between January and April 2017.

As an aside, I’ve already sold three of these paintings, so if you’re interested in buying one yourself, please contact me directly at mathilde@mathildeberry.com to make a reservation or inform me of your interest.

Focus of the exhibition

The selection of paintings that Yoanna Dähne, the gallerist, chose to present, shows two distinctive aspects of my work:

1) Bold, warm, summer-like colours and strong contrasts
2) Subdued, gentle, and dream-infused whitewashed tones

Let me share these two aspects with you.
